Transparent, tiered membership

Pay what your career stage can afford. All tiers earn full voting rights at the Annual General Meeting.

Annual dues — payable in KES

Resident — KES 5,000

For ENT trainees in a recognised programme. Includes CME access, conference at trainee rate, library access.

Specialist — KES 15,000

For KMPDC-registered ENT specialists in clinical practice. Full member benefits + voting rights + medico-legal channel.

Consultant — KES 25,000

For senior consultants, faculty and private-practice consultants. All Specialist benefits + leadership eligibility + chapter voting.

How to pay

M-PESA (preferred): Go to Paybill → Business no. 522533 → Account no. your ESES membership number (e.g. ESES-2026-00123) → Amount → Send. You will receive an M-Pesa SMS confirmation; that is your receipt. Bank transfer: KCB Bank, Upper Hill Branch, Account 1109887766 — "ESES (demo)". Reference your membership number in the narration and email the deposit slip to dues@demo.doctesk.com. Dues run for 12 months from the date of payment. The system will email you 30 days before expiry.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pay quarterly?

Membership runs annually (12 months from payment date). For exceptional circumstances, please write to dues@demo.doctesk.com.

I am between training and specialist registration — which tier?

Stay on the Resident tier until your KMPDC specialist registration is finalised, then upgrade.

Do I need to be an ENT surgeon to join?

Full membership is for ENT surgeons and trainees. Audiologists and allied ENT professionals may join as Affiliates.

Can my employer pay on my behalf?

Yes — bank transfer with your membership number in the reference is simplest. Email the bank slip to dues@demo.doctesk.com to confirm.

I am not based in Kenya — can I still join?

Kenyan-trained ENT surgeons working abroad may join as Associate Members. Please contact membership@demo.doctesk.com.
